Demonstrate Your Knife Cuts
Activity | Knife Cuts
This is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your knife skills.
For this exercise, cut at least 1/2 cup each of the following knife cuts. Use orange carrots and present them on a light-colored surface, neatly organized into sections. Avoid shadows and present the product on a clean surface (i.e. not a stained cutting board).
Brunoise
